Willowgate Farm is a family owned and run Certified Organic Farm, nestled on the fertile Jacqua Creek river flats of Bungonia in the Southern Tablelands, NSW.

​

We produce unique and boutique varieties of garlic and pride ourselves on our rich flavours which are simply unrivalled by supermarket garlic. Our garlic is used in the kitchen and as seed and our stunning garlic braids make a delicious bouquet gift for the foodie-friend.

​

Our farm is 100% certified organic with a strong focus on regenerative and  permaculture principles. We work hard with our chooks, goats and sheep along with various multi-species cover crops to create beautiful, biologically active soils to grow stunning, nutrient rich garlic. The cold climate here makes for some extra delicious garlic too!

​

Each year harvest begins in November, with supply commencing from December. We forecast that supply will run out within a couple of months however we are working very hard on a larger crop for next season, where we aim to be able to supply our beautiful range of garlic all year round!

​

Unfortunately we are unable to supply to WA and TAS due to quarantine restrictions.

​
