SHIPPING POLICY
All garlic is shipped via Australia Post. We urge you to select the express postage option during the Christmas season.
As a remote farm, all orders are shipped Monday-Wednesday. Any orders received from Thursday-Sunday will be shipped on the following Monday in order to prevent the garlic from being stuck in a warehouse with unfavourable conditions over the weekend.
You will automatically receive tracking details upon shipment of the garlic.
RETURN POLICY
As garlic is a living food item, we cannot accept returns.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if there is anything wrong with your oder.
PAYMENT METHOD
We accept card, paypal, bank transfer and cash payment.
